Board Member · Former CEO · Entrepreneur-in-Residence, INSEAD
I operate at the intersection of global governance and high-stakes innovation. My perspective is grounded in over two decades of leading at scale: co-founded a venture-backed startup in Silicon Valley, led two national economic agencies as CEO, and chaired the board of a company through a US$1 billion IPO.
Board & Strategic Advisory Portfolio
- Mission Holdings: Board Member for a global investment firm with US$1.5B in assets across the US, UK, and Asia.
- SY Holdings (6069.HK): Strategic Advisor. Formerly Board Member and Chair of the Remuneration Committee during its high-growth phase.
- Sundaland Resorts: Board Member for a Temasek-backed eco-tourism venture.
- ICF Professional Coaches: Member of the Global Board of Directors.
Academic & Innovation Leadership
My work focuses on the future of leadership and the intersection of human potential and technology. As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD, I advise MBA and EMBA participants on innovation and venture building. I recently completed advanced research at the University of Cambridge regarding the intersection of AI and coaching.
Selective Advisory
Beyond my governance roles, I serve as an International Advisory Board Member to a national economic development agency. I also act as a private advisor and sounding board to visionary leaders and family principals, helping them navigate the layered complexity of power, innovation, identity, and legacy.
