Soon has successfully led companies through significant milestones, including a US$1 billion IPO, and serves on the boards of publicly listed and private companies with a combined market value exceeding US$3 billion.
Recently, he was the CEO of the Brunei Economic Development Board and a member of the APEC Business Advisory Council.
Passionate about leadership development, he integrates evidence-based methodologies and AI advancements to support businesses and leaders in achieving impactful results and fostering a better world. Soon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
